Through this uncertainty, small businesses in North Texas have been able to lean on The DEC Network (DEC), formerly The Dallas Entrepreneur Center. Established in 2013, The DEC is a Dallas-based nonprofit that helps entrepreneurs start, build and grow their businesses. Through a number of innovation hubs across D-FW, The DEC provides small businesses and entrepreneurs with education, mentorship, community and advocacy.
